Inside Sale Representative

Location: One Clarion in Sebastian, FL, USA 
Compensation: $30,000 to $40,000 Annually (plus commission)

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Salesperson at One Clarion located in Sebastian, FL. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in our company's growth. You'll be responsible for selling our equipment and consumable compliance-based products over the phone and via email to our global customer base. The Inside Salesperson will also work closely with other stakeholders to identify business opportunities and challenges, maximize customer satisfaction, and manage all steps of the sales process from prospecting to after-sales service.

Your focus will be on exceptional customer service, providing product solutions and pricing and account development. This will entail determining sales cycles, account development and reporting on accounts. Additionally, the position will require working with marketing and product development teams to bring new products to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Approximately 90% Sales and 10% Administrative
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Provide quality customer service with ethics and integrity
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on previous quotes/leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities and other sales staff efforts.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and ensure current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing and filing
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment if need arises.
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in an industrial, technical, construction or manufacturing sales environments
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand, present, and articulate products and services
  • Ability to work independently, self-manage, work with large amounts of data and multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and/or database software
  • Experience with industrial equipment sales or technical sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of erosion control or water tanks and trailers is preferred
